Men’s Basketball Rolls to Season-Opening Win at Army

Four Red Foxes Score At Least 10 in 71-55 Triumph

WEST POINT, New York – The Marist men's basketball team earned a 71-55 victory at Army West Point in the season opener for both teams on Monday night at Christl Arena.
 
Summary
  • Javon Cooley's three at the 12:18 mark of the first half broke open a 9-9 tie and started an 11-0 run for the Red Foxes. Army was held scoreless for 4:37, and Marist led the rest of the way.
