POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – After a week off for final exams, the Marist men's basketball team returns to action Monday, when the Red Foxes (6-2) host University of Maryland Eastern Shore (2-6).
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. as the Red Foxes take aim at their fifth straight win.
- Dean Darling (play-by-play) and Steve Eggink (analyst) will have the call on ESPN+.

- Marist earned its four straight win with a 63-53 triumph over Dartmouth on Dec. 9.
- Josh Pascarelli had career highs of 26 points and seven rebounds and subsequently earned MAAC Rookie of the Week honors and Honorable Mention for Met Basketball Writers Player of the Week.
- Max Allen II added 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists.
- The only prior time UMES played at Marist was an 85-54 win for the Red Foxes on Dec. 5, 1986 in the first round of the Pepsi-Marist Classic.
- In five of its six wins, Marist has held the opposition under 40 percent from the field.
- In its last four games, Marist had held the opposition to .208 (20-for-96) shooting from three-point range. The Red Foxes have held four opponents to 20 percent or lower from three-point range.
- In his last two games, Josh Pascarelli is averaging 21.0 points and 6.0 rebounds while shooting .593 (16-for-27) from the field and .563 (9-for-16) from three-point range.
- The Hawks enter the contest with a record of 2-6.
- This is the team's first game since Dec. 6, a 93-61 loss to North Carolina State of the ACC.
- Three Hawks average in double figures in scoring, led by Troy Hupstead at 12.7 points per game. Hupstead also leads the Hawks with 9.0 rebounds per game.

- Marist plays its final game before Christmas at ACC foe Notre Dame on Friday, Dec. 22.
