POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist baseball team's Bayram Hot won MAAC Rookie of the Week for his efforts against FIU. The freshman third baseman has hit for a .342 batting average this season.

Bayram Hot went 7-14 against FIU for a .500 batting average. Along with the batting average, Hot tallied seven runs batted in. Hot hit a bases-clearing triple and a double against FIU.

Hot recorded four runs scored, two walks, and a stolen base in the series.
