Baseball Set To Face Mount St. Mary’s In Home Series

Red Foxes Look To Continue Winning Ways After Home Opening Win

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist baseball team prepares for a three-game series against MAAC opponent, Mount St. Mary's. The Red Foxes compete in their second conference series of the 2023 season.
 
 
Last Time Out
  • The Red Foxes topped University at Albany 7-5 in the home opener at McCann Baseball Field.
  • In his return to the field, Justin Kapuscinski hit a three-run home run over the left field fence.
    • The Red Foxes went up 3-0 in the first inning of the game and never succeeded the lead.
    • Kapuscinski went 2-2 and tallied a walk.
  • Brian Hart brought home two runs on a double against the Great Danes.
  • Steven Mazza pitched two hitless innings for the Red Foxes and struck out three batters.
