POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist men's tennis team scored its biggest win of the season on Friday when they took down previously undefeated Rider 4-3 in a match played at the Marist Tennis Pavillion. The win gives the Red Foxes a 2-1 mark in MAAC play.
Â
"This was a true team effort," said Director of Tennis
Gary Sussman.  " All six players had a hand in the victory. We won the doubles point in convincing fashion, taking all three spots. Dylan proceeded to win in three sets at first singles, Christian came back from a set down to win at two, and then Alex continued his outstanding freshman campaign with a straight set win at fifth singles, including a 6-0 second set to clinch the victory. Just an outstanding effort in front of the home crowd."
