POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- After a 3-1 week for the Marist baseball team, MAAC weekly awards followed for the Red Foxes.
Brian Hart won MAAC Player of the Week and
Bayram Hot won MAAC Rookie of the Week for the Red Foxes.
- Bayram Hot continues to impress as a Rookie in the MAAC.
- Hot slashed a .438 batting average and a .526 on base percentage on the week against Fordham and Iona.
- Hot tallied seven hits, two RBIS, two walks, and a stolen base in four games. Hot helped lead the Red Foxes to a 3-1 record on the week and a MAAC series win.
- Hot earned his third MAAC Rookie of the Week award on May 2.
- Brian Hart had an impressive week against Fordham Iona. Hart slashed a .500 batting average (8-16).
- Hart tallied 11 RBIs, two doubles, three walks, and two home runs in the week. Hart finished the week with a .579 on base percentage and a 1.000 Slugging.
- Hart hit a grand slam in the rubber match against Iona which led the Red Foxes to a 3-1 week.
- Hart earned his first MAAC Weekly Award of the 2023 season.
- Brian Hart leads the team with 11 home runs on the 2023 season.
