FORT MYERS, Florida- The Marist men's soccer team continues their two-game Florida tour with an evening match against Florida Gulf Coast University. The Red Foxes compete against the Eagles for the first time in program history, Monday night.

 

Last Time Out

• The Red Foxes finished in a draw against Florida Atlantic University 0-0.
• The Red Foxes outshot the Owls 10-8 in the match and outshot the Owls on goal 6-5.
• Luca Bulfon stopped five shots in the match, which earned him the first clean sheet of the 2023 season.
• Jared Juleau led the Red Foxes with two shots on goal against the Owls.

 

Scouting FGCU

• The Eagles started the 2023 season at 0-1-2 overall.
  • In the 2022 season, the Eagles finished 8-5-4 overall and 3-2-3 in the ASUN Conference.
• Most recently, the Eagles finished in a draw against Georgia Southern University 0-0.
• This will be the first match in program history between Marist and FGCU.
• Player to watch: midfielder Alon Drey was named to the Preseason All-ASUN team.
