BURLINGTON, Vt. – The Marist cross country teams continue their 2024 season Sunday afternoon, as the Red Foxes will run in the Fall Foliage Invitational, hosted by Vermont and held at Hard'Ack Park.

The women's 5k race will start at 12:30 p.m followed by the men's 8k race at 1:15 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT

• Kyra Pellegrino led the Red Foxes to a fourth-place finish at the Metropolitan Championships in their last time out
• All top four runners for the Red Foxes finished in the top 25 of all runners at the Championships
• Marist finished with 104 points during the Metropolitan Championships, finishing behind Seton Hall, Manhattan, and St. John's.
• As for the men's cross-country team, Gabriel Rodriguez and Kieran Donnelly ran season-best times in the 8K, as the Red Foxes finished in 15th place of 24 teams at the 115th annual IC4A Championship Friday afternoon
• Rodriguez led the Red Foxes with a 56th-place finish at 25:37.5 in the men's 8K, a season-best time for the senior
• Marist's next closest finisher was Donnelly at 25:47.5, which was good for 69th place and a season-best time for the junior as well

NEXT TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes will be back in action on Saturday, November 2nd, when Marist participates in the MAAC Championships at Twin Ponds on the Farm
