POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's lacrosse team fell to Canisius in a Metro Athletic Atlantic Conference by a score of 10-8 at Tenney Stadium on Saturday.

Quarter 1

• Canisius scored the opening two goals of the contest.
• Marist responded in the final two minutes of the first quarter with a Caitlin McNaboe goal.

Quarter 2

• Kelly Trotta opened the second quarter at 14:06 with a goal, which tied the game 2-2.
• Kerri Gutenberger gave the Red Foxes their first lead of the game at 12:15 with a low-high elevator shot.
• Gutenberger went back-to-back on a free-position goal at 8:07, putting the Red Foxes ahead 4-2.

• Canisius scored the first goal of the quarter at 7:41, extending their lead  10-6.
• Gutenberger's third goal of the contest at 6:51 put Marist back within three, the Red Foxes' first goal of the second half.
• Olivia Arntsen's goal in the final minute proved not enough for the Red Foxes to secure the victory as they lost 10-8.
