CHERRY HILL, New Jersey - Marist women's rowing traveled to Cherry Hill, NJ's Cooper River Park this past weekend to compete at the 2024 MAAC Rowing Championships. Marist boated a 1V8, 2V8, V4, and 2V4. The championship was final only with crews competing from Canisius, Drake, Fairfield, Jacksonville, Sacred Heart, and Stetson.
The 2nd Varsity 4 consisted of coxswain
Juliette Savarino,
Shelby McDougall,
Megan McGowan,
Sydney Macchia, and
Lilly Green. This crew started off the day of races off strong. After falling behind to a fourth place position, they walked through SHU A and SHU B to grab a Silver Medal.

The Varsity 4 consisted of coxswain

Emily Liguori. This crew felt that they had a decent race but was unable to nab a spot on the podium, finishing in 4th place behind Fairfield.

Jennifer Liguori. This crew got behind off the start and struggled to work their way back, despite rowing a decent race. They maintained their fifth place position for the duration of the 2000m.

Isabel Consavari. This crew got off to a good start, with tight racing for the first 500m with Jacksonville and SHU. These two crews slowly moved out to a insurmountable lead during the middle thousand, placing Marist at 3rd place when they crossed the finish line.

The Red Foxes concluded the day fourth in points with 25 and had three crew members named to All-MAAC teams.
