EMMITSBURG, Md. – Marist women's soccer aims to pick up its third consecutive victory on Saturday afternoon, as the Red Foxes travel to take on MAAC foe Mount St. Mary's inside Waldron Family Stadium. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. on ESPN+.

- Jillian Garcia and Olivia Lindsay led the offense with a goal apiece
- Maddy Catalannotti tallied seven saves en route to her third shutout of the season
- Junior captain goalkeeper Maddy Catalanotti has tallied three shutouts this season and seven for her career
- She was named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16, after tallying seven saves en route to a road shutout against Sacred Heart on Sept. 14
- Catalanotti recorded five saves against Saint Peter's on Sept. 7 for her second shutout of the season
- She tallied two saves en route to her first shutout of the season against NJIT on August 22
- Through six games, Catalanotti has made 24 saves and has allowed just three goals this season
- She boasts a 0.55 GAA and a .889 save percentage in 495 minutes in net
- Her .889 save percentage ranks 21st in the nation
- Olivia Lindsay and Jillian Garcia led the offense with a goal apiece in Marist's 2-0 MAAC win over Sacred Heart
- Lindsay and Garcia's goals were the first of their respective collegiate careers
- Marist struck first in the 29th minute, as Bella Lazzarro sent a long pass upfield into the box. After a defender clipped the ball on a clear attempt, Olivia Lindsay snuck through and blasted the goal home off her right foot to put the Red Foxes ahead 1-0
- Mount St. Mary's enters the contest at 3-5 on the season and 0-2 in conference play
- The Mount came up short 2-1 on the road against UMBC this past Wednesday
- Sydoney Clarke leads the Mount offense with three goals on the season, with three other scorers tallying two on the season Â
- Saturday's contest will mark the third contest between the two programs
- Marist is 0-1-1 all-time against the Mount
- The last time the two sides faced off, the Mount came away with a 2-0 win over Marist in Emmitsburg on Oct. 7, 2023
- The Red Foxes will be back in action on Saturday, Sep. 28, when Marist continues MAAC play at home against Manhattan
- The match is set to start at 7 PM on ESPN+ Tenney Stadium
