WEST POINT, New York- The Marist men's soccer team won its first match of the 2024 season against Army, Thursday night. The Red Foxes defeated the Black Knights 1-0, as Chris Verheul scored the game-winning goal.

The Red Foxes goalkeeper, Jamie Lowell, recorded his first clean sheet of the season in the win. Lowell recorded six impressive saves in the win for the Red Foxes.

The Red Foxes improved 1-3 overall on the season, Army fell to 1-3-1 on the 2024 season.
