POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist men's soccer team returns to action on Wednesday, October 15 against Sacred Heart University after ten days off from competition. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. under the lights of Tenney Stadium.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• Marist fell to Niagara 2-1 on Saturday, October 4. Freshman forward Eric Moroz scored his first career goal for the Red Foxes.
• Marist held a 21–16 advantage in total shots and a 6–5 edge in corner kicks.
• Grad student goalkeeper Jamie Lowell made nine saves, including a penalty kick stop.

SCOUTING SACRED HEART

• The Pioneers are 5-3-3 overall and 4-0-1 in the MAAC.
• Sacred Heart has a 16:12 goal differential.
• David Garcia Gallego leads the team in points with 10–four goals and two assists.
• Four other Pioneers have recorded at least two goals on the season.

HISTORY AGAINST SACRED HEART

• Marist is 1-1 against Sacred Heart in two prior meetings.
• The Red Foxes and Pioneers have not matched up since 2014, a 1-0 win for Marist.
