POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist men's soccer team returns to action on Friday, October 24 against Rider University. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. under the lights of Tenney Stadium.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes battled to a 1-1 draw at Merrimack on Saturday, October 18. Sophomore defender Gijs Verheul scored his team-leading fifth goal of the season for Marist.
• Marist held a 12-7 advantage in shots and a 6-2 edge in shots on target.

SCOUTING RIDER

• The Broncs are 1-9-4 overall and 0-4-3 in the MAAC.
• Rider has a 13:28 goal differential on the season.
• Lovro Kostanjsek leads the team in points with eight–three goals and two assists.

HISTORY AGAINST RIDER

• Marist is 11-9-5 in all-time meetings against Rider with a 6-4-2 record at Tenney Stadium. In last year's matchup the Red Foxes and Broncs played to a 2-2 tie.
