POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - Marist women's volleyball is set to host MAAC matches against Sacred Heart and Fairfield inside of McCann Arena. The matches will be played on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 6 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes dropped a matchup against MAAC opponent Siena, losing 3-1.
• Sara Dasic continues to lead the Red Foxes in kills, she totaled 16 kills against Siena.
• Sarah Bumstead adds to her defensive resume, tallying four blocks against Siena. She is now at 42 blocks in the season.

SCOUTING SACRED HEART

• Sacred heart is 8-16 in the season (5-7 MAAC).
• Sacred Heart is currently on a two game losing streak.
• First year Ryleigh Short leads Sacred heart in kills with 291 total.
• Graduate student Cristina Montanez leads her team in blocks with 63.

HISTORY VERSUS SACRED HEART

• The Red Foxes are currently 4-4 all time against Sacred Heart.
• This will be the second matchup in Poughkeepsie between these two programs.

 
SCOUTING FAIRFIELD

• Fairfield is 17-5 in the season (11-1 MAAC)
• Fairfield is currently on a two-game winning streak.
• Junior Mamie Krubally leads Fairfield with 232 kills in the season.
• Sophomore Harlan Wyche leads her team defensively with 90 blocks this season.

 
HISTORY VERSUS FAIRFIELD

• The Red Foxes last home game resulted in a victory against Fairfield in 2023, winning 3-2.
• At home, the Red Foxes have a record of 4-19.

 
NEXT TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes will continue their regular season with more MAAC competition against Iona and Manhattan the following weekend.
• Against Iona, they will face off in New Rochelle, NY on November 7 at 1 p.m.
• Manhattan's matchup will be played in Riverdale, NY November 8 at 4 p.m.
