POUGHKEEPSIE, New York — In a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference contest, the Marist men's basketball team lost 57-52 against Saint Peter's on Sunday afternoon at McCann Arena.

- Mouhamed Sow hammered home his second dunk of the contest to give the Peacocks a 6-4 lead at 15:25.
- Saint Peter's continued the pressure with an 8-0 run until Watson connected on another hook shot at the 12:11 mark to cut the deficit to 12-6.
- Marist would go on a 9-0 run, and Watson's layup would even the score at 17-17 with 4:24 remaining in the first half.
