JERSEY CITY, New Jersey - The Marist baseball team is set to resume conference play with a series against the Saint Peter's Peacocks beginning on Friday, April 11.
The Red Foxes enter the series at 14-17 overall and 6-5 in MAAC play.
- The Red Foxes dropped a road contest to Army 8-7 on Wednesday, April 9.
- Marist put up a combined six runs in the seventh and eighth inning in the loss.
- Chris Diaz recorded the most hits for the Red Foxes on the night, going 3-for-4 at the plate.
- Zach Donahue collected the most RBIs for Marist with three, going 2-for-5 on the night.
- AJ Brotz delivered a 2-for-4 performance with two RBIs himself in the loss.
- Ethan Marzo threw two scoreless innings, marking six consecutive appearances without allowing a run for the sophomore.
- AJ Brotz continues to stay in a groove at the plate, going 7-for-20 over his last five games.
