POMONA, New York- The Marist baseball team is set for its second consecutive MAAC Championships appearance, Tuesday afternoon. The Red Foxes play Mount St. Mary's in a win-or-go-home game in the first round of the 2025 MAAC Championships.
The Red Foxes finished the 2025 season at 23-26 overall and 14-14 in MAAC play and enter the tournament as the seventh seed.
- The Red Foxes took two of three games against Siena in the regular season finale.

- AJ Brotz led the Red Foxes with a .455 batting average, recording four RBIs in the series win.
- Jason Claiborn led the Red Foxes with five RBIs in the series win.
- As a team, the Red Foxes hit .314 in the series win.
- Noel Rivera had a dominant freshman season for the Red Foxes. Rivera finished the 2025 regular season with a .291 batting average and a .390 on-base percentage. Rivera tallied 41 hits including 10 doubles and three triples. Rivera led the Red Foxes as a freshman with four home runs during the regular season.
- Ethan Marzo had an outstanding freshman campaign. Marzo appeared in 16 games for the Red Foxes and started in one of those games, recording a 3.16 earned run average. Marzo pitched 31.1 innings for the Red Foxes, striking out 36 batters. Marzo held his opponents to a .174 batting average in the 16 appearances during the 2025 season.
- The Mount finished the 2025 regular season 23-27 overall and sixth in the MAAC with a 15-13 record.
- The Mount had three All-MAAC Rookie Team selections and one Second Team All-MAAC selection.
