POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist men's soccer team announced its schedule for the 2025 season, Thursday morning. The Red Foxes are slated for 16 matches during the season, including their home opener against Army on Aug. 28.

The Red Foxes head coach Matt Viggiano enters his 20^th season leading the Red Foxes.

The Red Foxes return three All-MAAC selections to the 2025 roster. The Red Foxes trio of Chris Verheul (2024 First Team All-MAAC), Kyle Evans (2024 Third Team All-MAAC), and Evan Marques (2024 Third Team All-MAAC) prepare to lead the Red Foxes.
 

Non-Conference Slate

• The Red Foxes begin the regular season with an away match against CAA foe, Stony Brook, on Aug. 21.
• The Red Foxes return to Tenney Stadium for their first home match of 2025 against Army on Aug. 28.
• To begin the September slate, the Red Foxes compete against Fordham University on Sept. 5.
• The Red Foxes continue non-conference play against UAlbany on Sept. 9 and LIU on Sept. 13 in road matches.
• The Red Foxes finish non-conference play with a home match against Lehigh on Sept. 16.

  

Conference Slate

• The Red Foxes open up MAAC play with a home match against Quinnipiac on Sept. 20. The Red Foxes defeated Quinnipiac in the 2024 MAAC Quarterfinals match 2-1.
• On Sept 27, the Red Foxes play against Mount St. Mary's for the first time since 2023 in an away match.
  • In 2023, the Red Foxes and Mount drew 1-1.
• The Red Foxes return home to begin Oct. with a match against Fairfield on Oct. 1.
  • On the road last season, the Red Foxes fell against the Stags 2-1.
• On Oct. 4, the Red Foxes travel to Niagara Falls for a match against Niagara.
  • Last season at Tenney, the Red Foxes dominated Niagara 4-1.
• The Red Foxes host Sacred Heart at Tenney Stadium on Oct. 15, completing the Connecticut MAAC opponents.
• The Red Foxes continue their MAAC slate with a road match against Merrimack on Oct. 18.
  • The match between the Red Foxes and Warriors ended in a draw in 2024.
• The Red Foxes return to Tenney Stadium on Oct. 24 with a match against Rider. The Red Foxes and Broncs played to a 2-2 draw during the 2024 regular season.
• On Oct. 29, the Red Foxes travel to Loudonville, NY for a match against MAAC foe Siena.
  • Last season at Tenney, the Red Foxes fell 5-2 against the Saints.
• On Nov. 1, the Red Foxes play their final home match of the season against Manhattan.
  • The Red Foxes and Jaspers will play their first match since 2023.
• Closing out the regular season, the Red Foxes play against Saint Peter's on Nov. 5.

 
The first round of the 2025 MAAC Championships is slated for Nov. 9.
