POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist Men's Soccer team will look to continue its unbeaten season with its last non-conference matchup against Lehigh University. The matchup against the Mountains Hawks will be played at Tenney stadium on Tuesday, September 16, at 7 p.m.
 

Last Time Out

• Arion Ulaj scored the game tying goal against LIU in the team's last matchup, keeping the Red Foxes alive. Kyle Evans assisted in Ulaj's goal.
• Gijs Verheul led the team in shots with a total of four. Putting extreme pressure on LIU's Defense.
• Jamie Lowell recorded three saves during their matchup against LIU.

 

Scouting the Mountain Hawks

• The Mountain Hawks have a 3-1-2 record for the 2025 season, with a 1-1-1 record with non-conference opponents.
• The Mountain Hawks have three players leading in goals with two, Yusef Gueye is among that group, and also leads the Mountain Hawks in Shots with six.
• Sophomore goalkeeper Anton Kinnunen has started all six games for the Mountain Hawks. Kinnunen has a 1.50 GAA with nine goals against and 23 saves, he also has recorded a 0.719 SV% for the season.

 

History Versus Lehigh

• This will be the second matchup between these two programs, with their first being back in 2024.
• The last matchup between the Red Foxes and Mountain Hawks ended in a heartbreaking 2-1 loss.

• The Red Foxes will begin MAAC play against Quinnipiac on Saturday, September 20th at 7 p.m. The matchup will be played in Poughkeepsie at Tenney stadium.
