EMMITSBURG, MD - The No. 20 Marist men's soccer team continues its MAAC slate against Mount Saint Mary's, hoping to keep their undefeated season intact. The matchup against Mount Saint Mary's will be played in Emmitsburg on Saturday, September 27 at 4 p.m.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• Marist dominated its first MAAC opponent of the season, picking up a home victory against Quinnipiac, 5-2.
• Kyle Evans scored two goals for the Red Foxes, he also recorded an assist for Chris Verheul's goal.
• Chris Verheul, Adriano Iannello and Gijs Verheul a goal apiece in the victory
• Jamie Lowell recorded three saves for the Red Foxes in their matchup.

RANKED RED FOXES

• For the first time in program history, the Red Foxes broke through the top-25 of the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Rankings placing 20th. They fall between Georgia Southern and the University of Notre Dame        .
• Marist received its first votes in last week's poll, but they broke through the rankings this week.
• Kyle Evans was also named MAAC Player of the Week, and Adriano Iannello earned MAAC Rookie of the Week.

SCOUTING THE MOUNT

• Mount Saint Mary's is 1-3-3 (1-0-0 MAAC), this season, winning its most recent game over Merrimack, 4-3.
• Sophomore Jack Kehoe leads the team in goals with three this season, and six points.
• Senior Goalkeeper Julian Marcos has a SV% of 0.689 for the season.

HISTORY AGAINST THE MOUNT

• All time Marist is 1-0-1 against Mount Saint Mary's.
• Their first matchup, back in 2022, the Red foxes came out on top with a 4-1 win.
