POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's basketball team tied its season high with 19 assists in a 71-52 win over Niagara on Saturday afternoon at McCann Arena.

Lexie Tarul scored a team-high 17 points to go along with three rebounds, three assists, four steals, and one block. Freshman forward
Justine Henry recorded a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double along with a career-high six steals. Sophomore guard
Chloe Escanillas added 11 points (3-for-5 from three), a career-high five assists, and two rebounds to help the Red Foxes improve to 9-14 on the season and 6-7 in MAAC play.

- Niagara led 9-8 at the media timeout with 4:45 to go in the opening frame as Chasity Wilson knocked down three straight attempts from beyond the arc for the Purple Eagles.
