Red Foxes Host Merrimack Thursday Evening

Tip-Off From McCann Arena Set for 6 p.m. on ESPN+

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's basketball team (10-15 overall, 7-8 MAAC) continues conference play against Merrimack, as the Red Foxes host the Warriors on Thursday, Feb. 12. Tip-off from McCann Arena is set for 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Freshman forward Justine Henry recorded a 21-point, 10-rebound double-double with a career-high four assists and two steals to lead the Red Foxes to a 56-53 win over Saint Peter's.
  • Senior captain guard Lexie Tarul added 12 points.
SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
  • Merrimack, 13-10 on the season, is led by Kelly Morrone in her 6th year as head coach.
  • The Warriors are currently third in the MAAC with a 10-4 record in conference play.
  • Madison Roman leads the Warriors, averaging 11.8 points and 10.7 rebounds per game.
  • Merrimack was picked to finish eighth in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
