POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference released the preseason All-MAAC Team and poll for the 2026 season. The coaches' poll selected the Red Foxes sixth overall.
 
The MAAC selected Marist pitcher Will Taylor to the Preseason All-MAAC Team. Taylor pitched to a 3.36 ERA and struck out 60 batters in 77.2 innings pitched across 15 games last season.
 
Last season, the Red Foxes finished seventh in the MAAC with a 26-28 record.
 
This season, they get things started with a three-game series in Tennessee against ETSU from Friday, Feb.13, to Sunday, Feb. 15.
