POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist University women's tennis team is set for two matches this weekend at Sportsplex New Windsor. The Red Foxes play Niagara on Saturday and Sacred Heart on Sunday with both matches set to begin at 5 p.m.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes fell to Morgan State, 4-3, on March 20.
• Sophomore Viktoria Lorentzon and freshman Tessa Wachtel earned a 7-6 (5) victory at No. 1 doubles.
• Junior Caterina Assi battled to a 7-5, 1-6, 10-2 win at No. 1 singles. Senior Cloe Clements Sorde delivered a dominant 6-1, 6-1 victory at No. 3, and sophomore Ella Lindsey added a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 6.

SCOUTING NIAGARA

• The Purple Eagles are 6-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play.
• Saturday will mark the 28th meeting in program history between Marist and Niagara, with the Red Foxes leading the all-time series 14-13.

SCOUTING SACRED HEART

• The Pioneers are 7-7 on the season and 3-1 in the MAAC.
• Sunday will mark the fifth meeting in program history between Marist and SHU, with the Red Foxes leading the all-time series 4-0.
