Chase Hatton of the Marist University football team were named Preseason All-Pioneer Football League on Tuesday.
Mannino has been named Honorable Mention All-PFL by the league's coaches each of the last two years, and he was a Third Team All-PFL selection by Phil Steele Publications last year. He has started 18 games at quarterback the last two seasons. Mannino accounted for 17 total touchdowns last season (11 passing, team-high six rushing) against just three interceptions. In league play last season, he led the PFL in passing yards per game (201.9).
Hatton was a consensus Freshman All-American last season and a finalist for the Jerry Rice Award. He was the PFL's Defensive Freshman of the Year, and he was a Second Team All-PFL selection. Hatton led the Red Foxes with 89 tackles last season, and tied for the team lead with four interceptions. He earned Honorable Mention for FCS Freshman of the Week three times last season, and he was named PFL Defensive Player of the Week once.

Mike Willis this season. Marist opens the 2026 season at New Haven on Friday, Aug. 28, and the Red Foxes' home opener is Friday, Sept. 4 against Franklin Pierce. Marist opens its eight-game PFL schedule against Presbyterian on Saturday, Sept. 26.
