ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Marist women's soccer team closes its 2026 non-conference campaign with a match against Holy Cross on Sunday, August 30. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. from Annapolis on ESPN+.
 

LAST TIME OUT

• The Marist women's soccer team fell to Holy Cross, 2-0, on Thursday night at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field
• Holy Cross scored both of its goals in the opening 17 minutes. 
• Marissa Foster led the Red Foxes with three shots, all of which were on target. 
• Ariana Mullin, Ella Bryan, and Julia Oliveira also recorded shots for Marist
• Samantha Graf made two saves in the opening half before Nelly Bianchi-Nagle took over in goal for the final 45 minutes.

SCOUTING THE MIDS

• Navy enters the contest at 3-2-1 on the season
• The Mids have earned wins over Robert Morris, Marywood, and Maryland
• The win over Maryland was the program's 400th
• Kayana Adlam leads Navy with two goals, one assist, and five points
• Natasha Stramrood has tallied 23 saves in net and boasts a 1.87 GAA

HISTORY VS NAVY

• Sunday's contest will mark the fourth match between the two programs
• Marist holds a record of 0-3-0 against Navy
• The last time the two squads faced off, Navy came away with a 2-1 victory on Sept. 1, 2024 in Poughkeepsie

NEXT TIME OUT

• The Red Foxes will be back in action on Saturday, Sept. 5, when Marist opens Metro play against Merrimack at home
• The contest is set for an 1 p.m. start
