Marist University Athletics

• Started all 19 games.
• Finished the year with seven goals and seven assists.
• Scored a goal in five straight contests between 10/26-11/10.
• Recorded a season high 2 assists against Quinnipiac (10/09).
• Became Marist's all-time leader in assists in the Division I era against Saint Peter's on 11/10.

• Appeared and started in 17 games.
• Tallied five goals on the season, including two vs Siena on Oct. 6.
• Had a team-high six assists, including two against Niagara on Oct. 31.
• Recorded three game-winning goals.
• Totaled 48 shots and a career-best 25 shots on goal.

• Appeared in 18 games, starting 17 of them
• Scored team-high 8 goals on the season
• Had career high two goals 10/21 at Quinnipiac
• Recorded team-high 9 assists on the season
• Had 2 assists twice, 8/25 vs Albany and 10/25 vs Canisius.

A skillful and creative left footed attacking midfielder, Gavilanes played for the national powerhouse St. Benedict's Prep soccer team as well as the Cedar Stars Academy. He was selected First Team All-State, First Team All-County and First Team All-Division throughout his time in high school.  St. Benedict's were New Jersey Prep state finalists in 2016.  Allen also was selected as a Pro 11 team member at the National ODP Camp.  With the East Brunswick Soccer Club, Gavilanes also won a state championship and was ranked #1 in the country at the club level.
