2004-05: 2005 First Team All-MAAC… MAAC All-Tournament Team… MAAC Player of the Week 1/17/05, 1/31/05, 2/7/05…MBWA First Team All-Met…Two-Time Met Basketball Writers’ Player of the Week Honor Roll...Started all 29 games in her first season with the Red Foxes…Recorded a team high 15 double-doubles, breaking the school record for most in a season previously held by Stacey Dengler (1995-96)…Scored in double figures in all but two games (nine points against Georgia and Fairfield)…Led Marist in scoring 15 times and rebounding 16 times… Ranks thirds on the single-season rebounds list with 271 and fifth on both the single season scoring averages and rebounding average list with 15.5 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, the highest on the squad…Recorded her 15th double-double of the season with 16 points and 10 rebounds in 27 minutes of play against Canisius in the MAAC Championship, 3/6/05…Had her 14th double-double of the season against Rider with 22 points and 11 rebounds along with three steals and two blocks, 2/27/05…Tallied 22 points, eight rebounds, and three assists in just 25 minutes against Saint Peter’s, 2/25/05…Recorded her 4th consecutive double-double scoring 20 points and pulling down 10 rebounds in win versus Manhattan, breaking the school record for double-doubles in a season with 13, 2/20/05… Had a career high three blocks while recording 17 points, 13 rebounds, and four steals against Canisius, 1/28/05…Matched her career high scoring output with 23 points in 33 minutes in a 64-50 win against Loyola.  1/14/05…Had a career night against St. Peter’s, recording two career highs with 23 points and 16 rebounds, 12/5/04…Recorded her first of three consecutive double-doubles against Siena with 14 points and 13 rebounds, while also swiping a career-high six steals in a career-high 35 minutes, 12/3/04…Had 11 points, nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks in her Marist debut against Delaware St., 11/20/04.

Prior to Marist: Played for two years at Genesee Community College…At Genesee, Camara was named Region 3 Player of the Year…led her team in points, averaging 13.2 per game, rebounds per game with 12, blocked shots (42) and steals (97)…Was also named to the Region 3 All-Tournament Team.

Personal: Competed on the Hudson Valley Women’s Open Basketball team during the 2005 Empire State Games and won a silver medal.
