2014: Crosstown Tournament All-Tournament Team, CoSIDA Second Team Academic All-District, First Team All-MAAC, MAAC All-Academic Team... Played in 109 sets, starting all 31 matches... Finished second in the MAAC with a .313 hitting percentage... Led the Red Foxes with 134 blocks (25 solo, 109 assisted) and 364.5 points... Her 134 blocks were second most in a single season in program history behind only Heather Vir '98 and good enough for third highest in the MAAC... Hit a season-best .615 with eight kills at Hartford on Aug. 30... Had a season-high eight blocks Oct. 25 at Siena and Nov. 9 at Canisius... Also slammed a season-high 20 kills, having a hand in 24 Marist points Nov. 9 at Canisius... 2013: MAAC Player of the Year, MAAC All-Tournament Team, MAAC All-Academic Team, MAAC Player of the Week (9/23, 11/19), ECAC Player of the Week (11/20), ECAC Co-Player of the Week (9/25), Volley in the Valley MVP, Volley in the Valley All-Tournament Team... Appeared in 30 matches, starting each of them, while playing in 109 sets throughout the season... Stephens posted a career-high 27 kills and a season-high 32.5 points vs. Manhattan on Sept. 21... She recorded a season-high .714 attack percentage (15-0-21) on Sept. 29 at Niagara... Stephens posted 26 kills to become the fifth all-time for Marist in single match kills on Nov. 17 vs. Rider... Recorded 352 kills (2.23 per set), .329 attack percentage, two assists, 26 digs, 97 total blocks, and 406.6 points (3.73 per set)... For the Red Foxes, Stephens led in blocks, points and kills... She was also at the top of the MAAC conference taking second in hitting percentage, third in kills and points, and seventh in blocks.
2012: MAAC All-Academic Team... Appeared and started in 27 matches for the Red Foxes as a sophomore... She finished first in the MAAC with 117 blocks and 1.13 blocks-per-set average, which was also good for 101st nationally. Sixth in the MAAC and 182nd in the country with a .303 hitting percentage... She also led the Red Foxes in kills with 268... Recorded a career-high 20 kills in matches against Rider (Oct. 13) and at Canisius (Oct. 21)... She hit double digits in kills on 13 different occasions, including the final seven matches and 12 of the last 14 matches... Marist was 8-5 when she hit at least 10 kills... She had a career-high 11 total blocks against Hartford on Sept. 1, the second most in a single match in Marist history... Reach five blocks in a match nine different times, including six times with at least seven... Totaled 25 digs on the season, including a career-high six in the season finale at Rider.
2011: MAAC Rookie of the Week (8/29, 9/12)... Appeared in and started 11 games before season ended with right knee injury... Registered 36 total blocks... Recorded a season high of nine kills on Aug. 8 against Duquesne and Sept. 9 against NJIT... Season high of two digs against Saint Francis (Pa.) on Aug. 27, Sacramento State on Sept. 3 and Rider on Sept. 17.
Prior to Marist: Stephens was a third team All-State selection in 2009, and was a two-time All-Region and All-Conference player for West Ottawa High School. Following her senior season in 2010, she was named third team All-State. Stephens was a finalist for the 2010 Miss Volleyball in Michigan. She holds school records for career kills (1,659), kills in a season (622), kills in a match (35) and career blocks (403). Academically, Stephens was a member of the National Honor Society.
