2012: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Played in a career-high 45 games, making 33 starts ... Appeared for the Red Foxes as an outfielder (16 games) designated player (12), third baseman (5), second baseman (4), pinch hitter (4) and pinch runner (4) ... Set new career-highs with 23 hits, seven doubles and eight RBIs ... Scored a season-high two runs at George Mason on March 4 ... Drove in a season-high two runs vs. Akron on March 4 and at home versus St. John's on March 25 ... On six occasions had a season-best two hits, including Marist's matchup versus #1 California on March 16 in Honolulu ... Hit second career home run at home versus St. John's on March 25 ... Had hits in 7 of 9 games from March 21 (at Yale) to April 7 (at Fairfield), including a season-high four game hit streak to raise batting average from .158 to .262.
2011: Played in 39 games and made 31 starts in a variety of positions including second base, third base and in the outfield ... Had 17 hits, 13 runs scored and seven RBIs ... Heated up for the Red Foxes down the stretch in conference play as she twice posted three-hit games, at Niagara on May 1 and at home versus Fairfield on May 8, including a season-high two doubles. Add in a 2-3 outing at St. John's on May 7 and she combined to go 9-14 with three runs scored and three RBIs during the five game period ... Hit her first career double on Mar. 18 at UTEP.
2010: Played in 39 games, making 37 starts as a freshman and boasted a batting average of .262. ... Totaled 22 hits and seven RBIs with one home run, a three-run shot, which came at La Salle on April 20. ... Led the team in walks with 14 including a four-walk performance against at Fairfield on April 17 in a MAAC contest. ... Had seven two-hit games over the course of the season, including in the regular season finale against Niagara, a game the Red Foxes won 5-3.
Prior To Marist: Lausch graduated from Hempfield High School in Lancaster, Pa., in 2009, where she played basketball for two years and softball for four years. During her high school career, she was named a Lancaster-Lebanon League first team All-Star at third base for three years. She was co-captain of the team and was named second team all-state in 2009. She led her school team in batting average, RBIs, home runs, and on-base percentage. In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Lausch was also a member of National Honor Society, and held the position of Varsity Club vice-president. She graduated in the top 11 percent of her class and received the scholar-athlete award from the Hellenic Club of Philadelphia.
