2016: MAAC All-Academic Team - Started in all 18 games that she appeared in for the 2016 season. Foley ended the season with a total 71 saves. In the 18 games played she allowed 38 goals and had a season high of eight saves against Monmouth on September 17th, 2016. 

2015: MAAC All-Academic Team - Started and played in 13 games for the Red Foxes this season totaling 1237:16 minutes with a goals against average of 1.02. Made a season high seven saves against Canisius on Sep. 30. Recorded shutouts against Vermont on Sep. 15, Rider on Sep. 26, Manhattan on Oct. 24, and Niagara on Oct. 28. Recorded six saves three different times.

2014: Appeared in goal for five games, starting four, during her freshman season... Saw action at midfield at Iona on Oct. 8, at Quinnipiac on Oct. 15 and at Niagara on Oct. 29... Earned a shutout after making a season-high 11 saves in her first career start at Delaware on Sept. 14... Played all 110 minutes vs. Brown on Oct. 13 and made five saves to preserve a 1-1 tie.

Prior to Marist: Foley attended Shenendehowa High School and was recognized as a scholar athlete from 2010-2013 as well as nominated to Second Team All-State in 2013. She was also honored with All-Conference Team nominations in consecutive seasons. Foley was named to the second team in 2011 and the first team in 2012. During the 2012 season, her team won the State Cup Championship and Foley was named Goalkeeper of the Year for her conference.
