He had 42 receptions for 553 yards, 13.2 yards per catch. He was also 2-2 in pass attempts, for 46 yards and one touchdown. On special teams, he had 27 kick returns for 603 yards. He totaled 1156 all-purpose yards.

Prior to Marist: Dickens is a four year football, two year basketball, two year baseball, and two year track participant at Steele Canyon in California. Dickens was named All-East County, All-League, team captain, and MVP. Named to the San Diego All-Academic team and Principal's Honor Roll all four years of high school.
