Prior to Marist: Embury finished his career at Yorktown seventh all time in career points with 265. Embury was named a US Lacrosse All-American and Academic All-American his senior season after racking up 113 points from 50 goals and 63 assist. Embury helped lead Yorktown to three section championships, three regional championships and two state final appearances. Twin brother Hunter is also a member of the 2019 recruiting class.
