Biography

2017: Appeared in two games, starting two at defense for the Red Foxes…Had season high two shots 9/7 at American University.

2016: Played in 17 games, starting 10...Tied a career high with three goals...Scored the game winner at Canisius 10/12...Had a season high 3 shots in the MAAC Quarterfinal vs Canisius 11/5...Had a season high two shots on goal vs Iona 10/5 and vs Canisius 11/5...Played a season high 93 minutes vs Quinnipiac 10/1.

2015: Played in all 18 games, only one of four players on the team to do so. Started 15 games. Recorded a season high three shots in the final two games on Oct. 31 vs. Monmouth and Nov. 6th vs. Siena. Finished the season with 17 shots, five of which were on goal. 

2014: Picked up his first career assist vs. Army... Scored his first career goal at UNH... Finished second on the team with three goals and seven points... Totaled the third highest shots on goal with 10.

Prior to Marist: Curtis joins the Red Foxes after most recently spending his senior scholastic year with the Everton FC Westchester Academy in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy League.  Prior to joining the academy ranks full-time, Curtis was a two year starter at North Rockland High School. Curtis was the team’s leading scorer and was selected All league, All County and All Section in his sophomore year. Outside of his time with his high school team he was a member of the Region 1 Olympic Development team that competed in Spain and France in 2010. After his experience overseas, Curtis joined the U-15 New York Red Bulls Pre-Academy team and was their starting center back. During his time with the Red Bulls he won the 2012 Generation Adidas Cup in Dallas Texas. Curtis also earned national attention as a U-14 National Id camp selection as well as being selected in 2013 to participate in a U.S. National Market training camp. 

Viggiano on Curtis: “Curtis’ athleticism and ability to get forward out of the back translates well to division I and it will be interesting to see what he can do from day one.”
