Blake McLaughlin is in his first season on Marist's coaching staff in 2025. He is serving as a defensive assistant.
McLaughlin has worked as a Scorespotter Scout for TXODDS. His responsibilities included real-time tracking of football game scores, play types, and player statistics to support coaching and analytical staff. He also served as a logistics intern for HoganLax in the summers of 2024, 2023, and 2022. He provided support and event setup for lacrosse tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic Region. McLaughlin played football at LSU in the 2021 season as a linebacker.
McLaughlin earned his Bachelor's degree from LSU in General Business in May of 2025.
