Isaiah Watson '19/'21M

Isaiah Watson is in his third year on the Marist coaching staff. He was slot receivers coach for the 2019 season, and was promoted to running backs coach in December 2020.
 
Watson played wide receiver (slot) and saw considerable action on special teams for the Red Foxes from 2015-18. In 2016, he led Marist with 12 special teams tackles. In 2017, he caught his first career touchdown pass in a victory over Stetson, and appeared in all 11 games. He started the team’s first three games at wide receiver in 2018 before suffering a season-ending injury.
 
In his career, Watson caught 20 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown. He was also a two-time Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll selection.
 
Watson is a native of Gambrills, Maryland and a two-time Marist graduate. He earned his Bachelor's degree in 2019, and earned his Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2021.
