Tom Biscardi is in his first season as Marist’s linebackers coach in 2024.
 
Biscardi joins the Red Foxes after having coached at Ithaca for the past three seasons. He most recently served as Defensive Run Game Coordinator/Linebackers Coach/Recruiting Coordinator. In Biscardi’s time at Ithaca, the Bombers went 29-6 with two appearances in the Division III Tournament, and he coached the Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year in 2022 and 2023.
 
In 2023, he coached Ben Stola, who was named First Team All-America, First Team All-Region, and Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year. Stola registered 118 tackles, 12 stops for loss, and three interceptions. In 2022, Biscardi coached Matt DeSimpliciis, who was named Second Team All-America, First Team All-Region, and Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year. DeSimpliciis tallied 90 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and five-and-a-half sacks.
 
Prior to this time at Ithaca, Biscardi worked with Willis at Princeton, where he was the defensive quality control coach while also assisting with the defensive line and linebackers in 2019. His responsibilities included video breakdown, data entry of opponents, creating weekly scouting reports, and running the scout team offense.
 
The previous year, he worked at his alma mater, The College of New Jersey. There, he coached the team’s outside linebackers, was the program’s social media coordinator, and handled the program’s alumni relations. He was also responsible for all of the program’s video breakdown on Hudl during the season.
 
Biscardi graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in health and exercise/physical education. He was a three-year letterman as a linebacker.
 
Biscardi is a native of Robbinsville, New Jersey.
