Prior to Marist

Saw action on both sides of the ball and as a punter in high school.
Selected to the Super 26 All-State Football Team, earned Team MVP honors twice, and was named All-Scholastic.
As a senior, ran for 1,310 yards on 125 carries with 19 touchdowns while totaling 87 tackles, three interceptions, and two forced fumbles.
Returned a kick for a touchdown and averaged over 50 yards per punt.
Also competed in track & field, and won a state championship in the javelin. Was a four-time New Balance national qualifier.
Earned his high school’s Outstanding Athlete Award.
