- A three-time All-League selection, Mitrano was named to the All-County First Team in 2019 after his breakout junior season.
- Selected to represent the upstate region in one of the nation's elite tournaments at the Under Armour Underclass Games. Also selected to participate in the prestigious Maverick Showtime Showcase in both 2016 and 2018.
- Elite in the classroom, he earned presidential honors eight times while at Hilton.
