- Did not appear in any games.
- Scored 108 goals and had 34 assists throughout his high school career.
- Won the state championship twice while playing for his high school team and helped guide his team to a 37-1 record in three years.
- Having a knack for scoring goals in big games, Covey scored the game winning goal in overtime in the 2018 Maryland Regional Championship game to help lead Westminster to the state championship game. Covey led the Owls back to the state championship game in 2019, and he scored the first three goals in less than four minutes, finishing with five tallies and an assist to be named the ABC Player of the Game for his second consecutive state title.
- Twice named All-County and also named to the PRLB All-Area First Team in 2019.
- Attended the Committed Combine three different times.
- Also played four years of football and one year of basketball at Westminster.
