Prior to Marist: Intermesoli was selected a U.S. Lacrosse Academic All-American in his final year of high school. He was a three-year varsity starter who earned All-Division and All-Suffolk County honors as a junior and senior. The 2015 Suffolk County Rookie of the Year, Intermesoli was a two-time county championship representative and chosen as one of Long Island’s Top 100 Lacrosse Players by Newsday. As a junior he tied for 10th on Long Island for most points in a single season with 85 and finished his career with a staggering 211 points. Intermesoli was also a three-time All-State football player who led Sayville to two county championships and a Long Island Championship. He was one of the only student-athletes on Long Island to be named a top 100 player in both football and lacrosse.

Intermesoli excelled in the classroom, earning the News 12 Long Island Scholar-Athlete Award while being a member of the National Honor Society.
