Prior to Marist: Nye has been a member of Marcellus' varsity team since his freshman year. Last season he had six goals and three assists while collecting 143 ground balls. He was awarded by being selected to the All-Central New York Team by Syracuse.com and played in the Nike Upstate Rising Junior and Senior All-Star Games. Nye also played football for four seasons, serving as a team captain his senior year, and his brother plays lacrosse at SUNY Cortland.
