- A four year starter at defense, he registered 23 career points and collected 197 ground balls.
- In high school, Arneson was named the Rookie of the Year as a freshman. The following season, as just a sophomore he stepped up and was named the team's Defensive MVP.
- His junior season was one to remember, as he was named Defensive MVP once again, but additionally was named overall MVP. He also earned All-Conference, All-County and All-State honors.
- The two-time captain was off to a strong start to his senior campaign this spring, leading Holly Springs to a 3-1 record before having his season cut short. For his efforts, he was named a Bull City All-Star as one of the top seniors in North Carolina.
- Arneson was a member of the South Team at the Under Armour National Tournament, and played for the 3D Blue Chip Brine National Team. He was also named a Blue chip 225 All-Star and was a member of Team USA in 2017 and 2018 at the Brogden Cup in Florida.
