2017: MAAC All-Championship Team... Played in all 16 games for the Red Foxes... Recorded a goal and an assist and a caused turnover at Air Force on Feb. 18... Scored two goals and collected three ground balls at Manhattan on April 15... On March 11 versus UMBC, collected five ground balls and caused three turnovers... Led the team with 45 ground balls and was second on the team with 12 caused turnovers.

2016: Came off the bench in all but one game for Marist... Picked up a season-high five ground balls and caused a pair of turnovers vs. Canisius on March 26... Scored his first career goal, scooped up four ground balls and caused four turnovers vs. Manhattan April 16... Tied a career-high with four caused turnovers in the MAAC semifinal vs. Monmouth... Followed up with a career-high five ground balls and three caused turnovers in the MAAC final at Quinnipiac... Scored a goal in both MAAC Tournament games... Led the Red Foxes with 24 caused turnovers and finished fourth on the team with 33 ground balls... Finished 20th in the country and led the MAAC in caused turnovers per game (1.60).

Prior to Marist: Faiella has played for Adelphi the last two seasons where he was named to the 2014 Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team. He played football, basketball, and lacrosse in high school, earning All-County honors in all three sports. Faiella was named team MVP and earned All-County and Academic All-Conference honors in lacrosse. He also participated in the Nassau County Rising Senior game.
