GENERAL
After being named a key player by the Capital Gazette ahead of the 2019 season, McDaniel collected 41 ground balls and four points for Archbishop Spalding. He also played in the MIAA, one of the most competitive divisions in the country. McDaniel earned multiple invites to the NXT Invitational, Jake Reed Nike Blue Chip, and the Inside Lacrosse Committed Academy. His sister, Maddie, plays lacrosse at James Madison, while his cousins, Reese and Mitchell Mona, play basketball and lacrosse at Maryland and Navy, respectively.
