Over four years as a starter at St. Andrews Episcopal, Bickel amassed 150 career goals and 100 career assists, becoming the school's all-time points leader. The 2019 St. Andrew's Male Athlete of the Year posted 44 goals and 30 assists this past season. During his tenure, he was a three-time All-Conference selection, helping guide the Lions to back-to-back undefeated MAC Regular Season Lacrosse Championships in 2018 and 2019, while winning the 2019 MAC Tournament. Bickel also competed in the 2018 D.C. Under Armour Tryouts where he was named one of the Top 44 players in D.C, and was on the 2016 Top 22 WaveLax All Star team.
