Biography
- Saw action in one game, against St. Bonaventure
- Played in eight games making two starts
- Scored a goal against Georgetown March 6
- Tallied a ground ball and goal against Detroit Mercy March 17
- Recorded two goals against Manhattan March 24
- Did not play due to injury
Accolades: All-MAAC Rookie Team, MAAC Rookie of the Week (4/25).
- Had a goal, ground ball and caused turnover in his collegiate debut at Siena as a starting attackman
- Scored the game-winning goal in a 10-9 overtime victory at no. 8 Stony Brook on April 12
- Picked up his first career hat trick at NJIT on April 23 after all five of his shots came on goal
- Netted two goals and tied a season high with two ground balls in the regular season finale at Detroit on April 30
- Scored the game-winning goal in the MAAC semifinal against Monmouth on May 5 to send the Red Foxes to their third straight conference championship game
Prior to Marist: Rago was a four-year varsity starter and two-time NJHISSA state finalist who racked up more than 300 career points in high school. He helped lead Morristown-Beard to a Prep B title in 2015. Individually, Rago earned NJAC First Team recognition twice and was a member of the 2014 All-Daily Record First Team. He was a top 10 scorer in the state of New Jersey the past two seasons, ending his high school career as the all-time goals leader at Morristown-Beard and in Morris County. He was also an Honor Roll student.
