Matt Viggiano '99

Matt Viggiano '99 enters his 20th year as head coach of the Marist men's soccer program in 2026. During his tenure, Viggiano has led the Red Foxes to a MAAC Championship, an NCAA Tournament appearance, multiple MAAC Championship tournament appearances, and the first national ranking in program history.

With the 2021 MAAC Championship, Viggiano led Marist to its fourth conference title in program history and its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2005. In 2025, he guided the Red Foxes to the first national ranking in program history, with Marist debuting at No. 20 before climbing to No. 17 in the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Rankings.
