2013: Appeared in 17 games and started 16 for Marist this season. Attempted 13 shots with three on goal. Southworth was a key member of Marist's defensive unit this season.

2012: Appeared in all 16 games and started 15… Recorded four goals on the season Sept.4 at NJIT which was the lone goal of the game, Sept. 9 at NC State, Sept. 16 at UNC Asheville and Oct. 7 vs. St. Peter’s… Had two assists on the year on Aug. 31 at New Hampshire and Oct. 27 at Siena… Had 17 shots and eight were on goal. 

Prior to Marist: Played collegiately for Sage College, a member of the Division 3 Skyline Conference and located in Albany, N.Y. ... Along with fellow transfer Wes Finch, he earned Sage's first-ever All-Conference First Team nods in 2011 ... As a sophomore, scored six goals and had two assists in 20 games played ... Garned Second Team All-Skyline honors as a freshman, following a two goal, two assist debut season ... Left Sage with eight goals, four assists, 20 points and 36 games played ... Played his high school soccer locally at Newburgh Free Academy ... With Finch, the Goldbacks were the 2009 New York State Class AA Champions ... Recognized by Varsity845 as an All Star on one First Team and two Second Teams ... Played for Soccer Plus Academy.
